Wolong Electric America’s EC motors leverage concentrated-flux IPM design to deliver higher power density, allowing OEMs to use smaller motors without sacrificing airflow or pressure capability. Customizable constant airflow functions, selectable rotation direction, and configurable maximum speed limits give engineers tighter control over comfort, noise, and mechanical stress, helping extend equipment life while maintaining consistent system performance. Key families within the range include EM42, EM48, EM56, and up to EC160 motors with continuous 0–10 V, PWM, or MODBUS control and resin-packed electronics for enhanced environmental protection, as well as High Power EC motors up to 7.5 kW with maximum system efficiency around 91 percent to meet IE4 efficiency levels in larger HVAC and process applications.
